he Yaesu FT‑857D is a compact and powerful multi‑band, all‑mode mobile transceiver covering HF, 6m, 2m and 70cm. Despite its small size, it delivers up to 100W on HF/50MHz, 50W on VHF, and 20W on UHF, making it ideal for portable, mobile or compact base‑station operation. This is a late‑version FT‑857D, supplied with the YSK‑857 separation kit as standard, allowing flexible remote mounting of the front panel for mobile or space‑restricted installations. This second-hand unit is in good condition, is boxed, and has been wide‑banded to allow expanded frequency operation where permitted. The FT‑857D supports SSB, CW, AM, FM and digital modes, and includes DSP filtering, 200 memory channels, and Yaesu’s intuitive menu‑driven interface.
