STMicroelectronics SD2941-10W RF MOSFET

The STMicroelectronics SD2941-10W is a high-power N-channel RF MOSFET designed for demanding HF, VHF and UHF radio-frequency power amplification applications. Operating with supply voltages from 28 V to 50 V DC and supporting frequencies up to 230 MHz, it is well suited to RF power amplifier designs where high output power, thermal stability and rugged performance are required.

The SD2941-10W can deliver a minimum output power of 175 W at 175 MHz with 15 dB gain when operated at 50 V, while also providing a typical 135 W output at 123 MHz with 14 dB gain at 28 V. Its low RDS(on) helps improve efficiency, while the gold-metallised construction provides excellent thermal stability and reliable RF performance.

The device features a thermally enhanced M174 package, designed to reduce thermal resistance and help maintain lower junction temperatures during high-power operation. Its common-source configuration makes it suitable for RF amplifier and transmitter designs, including applications where reliability and ruggedness are important.
