Moonraker Orion 25W VHF/UHF Mobile Transceiver

The Moonraker Orion  is a versatile dual-band mobile radio designed for reliable two-way communication across the 136–174MHz VHF and 400–470MHz UHF frequency ranges. With up to 200 programmable channels, selectable power levels and multiple bandwidth options, it can be configured to suit a wide range of communication requirements.

The clear dot-matrix LCD display provides easy access to radio settings, while programmable keys allow frequently used functions to be assigned for quick operation. The Orion also includes a built-in FM radio with storage for up to 32 channels, making it useful beyond standard two-way communications.

For flexible communication, the radio supports wide, middle and narrow bandwidth, along with high, medium and low transmit power settings. A comprehensive range of signalling and security features is included, such as CTCSS/DCS, 2-Tone and 5-Tone encoding/decoding, DTMF encoding/decoding and a voice scrambler.

Advanced functions include ANI, PTT ID, TOT, remote stun/kill/activate, Roger tone, Talk Permit Tone and programmable keys. The display backlight brightness can also be adjusted to suit different operating environments.
