About 2SC-1947 Bipolar power transistor

2SC1947 is a silicon NPN epitaxial planer Transistor designed for use as RF Power Amplifiers on VHF to 176 MHz.

It comes in a TO-39 metal package, and the Emitter is connected electrically to the case.

Power output 1-3 watts

DELIVERY
