We aim to deliver your order right away, and will endeavour to send your order to you in one business day wherever possible.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.

For orders placed where VAT is not applicable (e.g. international orders to VAT-exempt locations), the excess amount will be reimbursed back to the credit card used for payment at the time of shipping.

Credit Card Security

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted by your browser using 128-bit encryption, before transmission directly to our payment provider. They are never seen or stored by any Nevada staff or system, nor stored in an unencrypted form on any system.

Guarantee

All New & Ex-Demo / B-Grade goods are supplied with a full 12-month warranty from us. All secondhand goods are covered by a 6-month warranty. If your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it.

The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.

All guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Goods, Pricing and Availability

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from us correspond to the actual Goods on offer. Please note, however, the following:

Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions;

Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of Goods may vary.

We cannot guarantee that Goods will always be available. Stock indications are provided on our Site purely as a guide and may not always be accurate, for administrative reasons.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on our Site are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

All prices are checked by us before we accept your Order. In the unlikely event that we have shown incorrect pricing information on or web site, we will contact you in writing to inform you of the mistake.  If the correct price is higher, we will give you the option to purchase the Goods at the correct price or to cancel your Order (or the affected part of it). We will not proceed with processing your Order in this case until you respond. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will treat your Order as cancelled and notify you of this in writing.

Delivery charges are not included in the price of Goods displayed on our Site. Delivery options and related charges will be presented to you as part of the order checkout process

Order Acceptance – Contract status

Our Site will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your Order you will be given the opportunity to review your Order and amend it.

No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that we may, at our sole discretion, accept. Our email message advising receipt of your Order and that it has started to be processed, does not mean that we have accepted it, at that stage.

Our acceptance is indicated only by us sending you a final Invoice, or Order Confirmation by email.

Only once we have sent you an Order Confirmation or final invoice, will there be a legally binding Contract between Us and you.
