Returning Goods

Our Returns Policy

If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. When we receive the product back, we will contact you & offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us. When we receive the item back, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.

If you would like to cancel your order, you have the right to do so in writing within 8 days of receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of your written cancellation. Goods should be returned to us at your expense, and we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to allow for the cost of collecting the goods.

Returning An Item

To return an item, please e-mail sales@nevada.co.uk including your name, the item(s) you wish to return and details of why you would like to return the goods to us. We aim to respond within 1-2 working days.
