Delivery Information

Mainland UK:

The delivery charge for all orders is just £5.95 - no matter how large your order!

We aim for same-day despatch when you order before 3PM, and your item will be sent out on a Next-Day service, which means that 99% of orders are received in 1-2 working days!

NB: Some large/heavy items are subject to a delivery surcharge - this will be clearly shown on the product page.

Outside Mainland UK:

If you are outside of Mainland UK, the checkout will show the delivery charge as 'TBC' and your card will be charged for the value of the goods only. We will then shop around for the best shipping price, and contact you to confirm the shipping charge. Finally, to complete your order, we will require only the 3-digit Security Code from the back of your card in order to pay for shipping - once we receive this, your order will be despatched immediately!

Couriers

We always use insured couriers who track their parcels, and they always require a signature - so please make sure somebody is available to sign for your package at your chosen delivery address.
