I've owned an Alinco DX SR9 for only a week.But I have found it
1) A very easy radio to setup;menu is fuss free;
2)Audio on RX/TX is good all be it a bit on the shape side. But with a good microphone and a bit of tone makes for a very good DX radio,of course this is down to individual taste.
3)The display is large and very easy to read,all buttons ETC are all placed well,but if you have big fingers just a tad fiddly.
The VFO is one of the smoother ones I have used. My belief anyway
4)For a low to mid priced transceiver, it's very good for your money. I have no regrets good rag chew/DXing radio.
